Shipping and Delivery Information
Generally deliveries will take no longer than 5-7 Business days. Often deliveries will arrive sooner. Expedited shipping is an additional $8 and will ensure delivery in 3-4 Business days. Overnight shipping is available at $65 per 4 bottle box.
Alaska and Hawaii shipping is an additional $15.95
We do not ship to Canada or Puerto Rico.
Ship Cut Off Time
Monday-Friday, orders placed before 10:00 AM MST are processed and shipped the same day.
You may cancel an order for any reason. If the shipment has already left our warehouse, or you have already received your shipment, you may return your order within 60 days of receipt for a refund minus a $15.95 restock fee. Customer is responsible to pay return shipping cost. To setup a return, please call Customer Service at 1.855.NONI234 (1-855-666-4234). A manager will contact you.Auto Delivery customers may also cancel, or reschedule scheduled shipments at any time. We require at least 24hr notice before your scheduled shipment for changes to take effect. Auto Delivery customers may also return shipments within 60 days for a full refund minus $15.95 restock fee. Customer is responsible to pay return shipping cost.
We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Debit Cards, and PayPal.
Money Orders or Cashiers Checks: We do not accept checks or money orders for payment.
Every bottle of TAHITIAN NONI® is covered by Morinda Inc.’s manufacturing warranty. If you feel you have received a defective please call Customer Service at 1.855.NONI234 (1-855-666-4234) if you have any concerns or questions about your shipment.
Auto Delivery - Easy Cancelation
Auto Delivery program is designed to save you (and us) time and money! By agreeing to be on Auto Delivery, you get a price discount. There is no obligation, you can easily pause, cancel, or reschedule your shipment at your convenience. There are 4 methods to do this. (1) Call Customer Service at 1.855.NONI234. (2) Email email@example.com. (3) Login to your account on nonidirect.com. (4) Call the phone number on your credit card statement, and leave a message. What if a bottle is broken during shipment?
TAHITIAN NONI® is bottled in glass bottles. Sometimes the shipper will break a bottle in transit. The shipper usually notifies us when this happens, and we will immediately ship you a new box. If your order is delivered with a broken bottle, please call us and we will arrange for the shipper to pickup the broken bottle and box and we will send replacement to you. We apologize for any inconveniences and ask for your understanding considering the inherent risk of shipping glass bottles.
How do I know my order has been placed?

When should I expect my order to be delivered?
All standard shipped packages will be delivered within 5-7 business days. Orders that are placed before 10AM MST are generally shipped out that same business day.

Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?
Yes, we ship to APO/FPO addresses via the United States Postal Service for an additional shipping charge of $15.95.
Do you ship outside the United States?
No. Currently we can only ship to addresses in the United States.
Is there an extra charge for Alaska and Hawaii orders?
Alaska and Hawaii orders require an additional shipping charge of $15.95.
